I created this for this week's Three Muses challenge to journal what "I'm Scared Of."  I took a somewhat facetious approach to the theme. I decided to keep my actual fears secret.

It looks like the Winter Storm/Blizzard that is affecting the Eastern Seaboard of the US is moving faster than they originally forecast. It's already snowing in Baltimore, Maryland (at 4pm Eastern Time) so it might get to me sooner than they said. Washington, DC is the bull's eye and forecast to get the highest snowfall totals. I'm on the northernmost fringe of the storm, and currently forecast to get 4 to 8 inches of heavy wet snow. I just hope I don't lose electricity.

I created this after the week had already passed. It was the first time this Winter that we got snow that covered the ground where I live. It was just a dusting, but it was the first time everything was turned all white. Now they're calling for a Nor'easter this coming weekend (Jan 23-24) but they're still unsure of where the bull's eye will be.

The Book of Days 2016

I'm continuing with my Book of Days theme for 2016.

My only rules for myself are Keep It Simple (KIS) and Have Fun.

The challenge involves using a weekly planner. I purchased a 2016 Sugar Paper Los Angeles 5" x 8" weekly/monthly planner. This is the third year in a row that I have used their planner, which I like.

I re-used the 2" x 1.5" tabs template that I created with GIMP, and made divider tabs that I then printed on card stock paper, cut out, and Elmer's glue sticked into the planner.

I'm also going to re-use the page template that I created, which is 4.5" x 8" with 0.25" (1/4") radius corners on the right side for my Art Journal pages.

The weekly challenge themes are listed below, and I will add links to my entries as I create them. This blog entry will serve as my master index to them.
