Seasons don't fear the Reaper
Nor do the wind, the sun or the rain.
We can be like they are.

Came the last night of sadness
And it was clear she couldn't go on.
The curtains flew and then he appeared.

Saying, "Don't be afraid."
And she had no fear.
And she ran to him.
"Baby, take my hand.
We'll be able to fly."
Then they started to fly.
She had taken his hand.
Don't fear the Reaper.

The Eagle by Lord Alfred Tennyson

He clasps the crag with crooked hands;
Close to the sun in lonely lands,
Ring'd with the azure world, he stands.

The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls;
He watches from his mountain walls,
And like a thunderbolt he falls.

"Spin The Wheel Of Propaganda News" - Postcard

© All Rights Reserved

My piece is a "cartoon" in the same vein as Charlie Hebdo cartoons. (Their "cartoon" offended me, but apparently some thought it was "funny" so, I too, can make cartoons that others might find offensive.) My piece and words are also free speech that is protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. (Well, it used to be, prior to the ascension of the US Government Ministry of Truth dictating to Social Media Platforms which of their users need to be banned for "misinformation" as defined by the Government.)

Maybe Tom the bully will leave me another comment, telling me to shut up, because I'm not allowed to say anything unless he (and other "Free Speech is fine as long as it agrees with mine" bullies) approves of it.

Spin The Wheel Of Propaganda News

When Obama was President of the United States, that is when I first noticed that News reporting was like a spinning wheel of topics. When the wheel stopped spinning, whatever topic was pointed to became what every Five Eyes News channel / website discussed.

Each "spin the wheel" topic was covered for one day or longer, then the wheel was spun again, and a new topic replaced it. Because the News can only report on one topic at a time.

Maybe the News was always that way, and I didn’t notice it.

During the Obama years, sometimes the Kardashian melodrama became "front page" News, when it should have been in the Entertainment section. Now, during Trump President Term 2, the Kardashians have been replaced with the Beckham melodrama, which serves the same purpose.

Recently, the News topic was Iran, then that got replaced with Greenland. This week was a "bye week" because of the annual, week long WEF (World Economic Forum) Davos meeting. (Search Assistant: "A bye week in football refers to a scheduled break during the regular season when a team does not play any games. This allows players to rest, recover from injuries, and prepare for upcoming matches.")

Maybe this weekend, while a large swath of the United States is reeling under a major Winter snow storm, Trump will bomb Iran, spinning them back into the News topic du jour.

I put a sunglass on, so no one can see me cry

I'm not here for long
I'm just passing by
The world keeps getting harder
But I'm too cool to die

Don't cry, don't cry
Ask me how I feel
And don't ask why

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful angel
Don't believe the lies they feed you
Started when we were younger
Tomorrow comes and goes before you know
So I just had to let you know
Beautiful, beautiful life right now
Beautiful, beautiful night right now
