"Gnomes" - Postcard

This week's Sunday Postcard Art challenge theme was "Gnomes."

I didn't know when I made this that a Chinese booster rocket body (CZ-5B R/B - Norad 48275U) would be tumbling uncontrollably back to Earth, with a less than one percent chance of crashing into Connecticut US. As of about 8:35am (my local time) this morning, it is predicted to crash at 10:25pm (my local time) tonight, somewhere on Earth. But that prediction time will most likely change, as the impact time gets closer.

May 9, 2021 update: China said their booster rocket body crashed into the ocean near the Maldives.

I created this using GIMP 2.10.24.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)
