"Top Of Mind" - Postcard

© All Rights Reserved

This week's Sunday Postcard Art theme was "What's On Your Mind?".

I never heard the expression "top of mind" until September 2022.

I created this using GIMP 2.10.38.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

"10 Downing Street 2020 Christmas Party" - Postcard

Imagine a Pandemic so Deadly that the Rulers laugh about having a 2020 Christmas Party, while their Peasants are Forbidden from seeing their loved ones and having any gatherings.

Sheep 1:
I'm okay with "Rules For Thee But Not For Me" by our Rulers.

Sheep 2:
If our Rulers' Rules keep me safe, I'm okay with them not obeying them like I have to.

-----

But good news for the Rulers: there will not be any consequences for their actions. After all, this didn’t happen, right? And Rulers never lie to their Peasants.

My piece is a "cartoon" in the same vein as Charlie Hebdo cartoons. (Their "cartoon" offended me, but apparently some thought it was "funny" so, I too, can make cartoons that others might find offensive.) My piece and words are also free speech that is protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. (Well, it used to be, prior to the ascension of the US Government Ministry of Truth dictating to Social Media Platforms which of their users need to be banned for "misinformation" as defined by the Government.)

I created this using GIMP 2.10.28.

Divide and conquer works every time. The 1% keep getting richer while everyone else gets poorer.
