I'm not sure if this is a true dress form that I used, but this is what I made. The background text is from a sewing instruction book.

I created this for Tim Holtz's 12 Tags of 2015 - April challenge.

I mimicked Tim's steps to create my tag, using GIMP 2.8.14.

I still don't like how my method of creating digital inked edges looks. I keep trying different ways to do it, but so far none of them looks real.
