"Tickets" - Gothic Arch

This week’s Gothic Arches challenge was “Tickets.” I used a Metro North Railroad ticket that I created awhile ago and a vintage rail road car ticket for this. I also added a crackle effect to my arch.

"Día de los Muertos" - Bookmark

This week’s Art On The Darkside challenge was “Day of the Dead / Día de los Muertos.” I created a bookmark for this.

"Couple"

This week’s Three Muses challenge for Nov. 4 is “Oh what a peach of a pair” which is any theme that uses a couple. I focused on framing and embellishing. The painting is “The Cup of Death” by the artist Elihu Vedder. (I’m posting this on my blog early.)

"Orange Green and Brown" - Greeting Card

The GC27 Gingersnap Creations challenge due by Nov 15 is “Orange Green and Brown.” I created a greeting card with a harvest theme. I used digital stamps and colored some of them.

I also determined the cause of my print outs being on the “washed out” side was because of the parchment paper card stock I’ve been using. I need to get plain white card stock to print on. For this card, I printed on white paper, cut it out, and glued it to the parchment paper card stock. The scan is still a little washed out though.
