Earthen Dam and Rocks - Photograph

This is 3 of 4 posts of photographs that I took at Turkington Falls Natural Area in Redding, CT this past week.

This was the Earthen Dam area of the Turkington Falls Trail Loop. The third photo shows the rocks you first see as you reach this point. The Earthen Dam is nearby, a little farther along the trail. The stream leads to the cascade, but the trail takes a circuitous route to get there.

There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes biting me, so I couldn't linger long in any one place to take photos.
