This week's Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Sew What."

I created this using GIMP 2.10.12.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

...I remember my mom sewing, now the only sewer that I know are Amish ladies.

My grandmother was a seamstress. I sew mostly paper to paper. This has a wonderful mid-century feel to it. It's adorable.

Hubby´ll hopefully sew for me this weekend, as I can´t.
I hope for good sewing!
Nice card, though I can imagine those were hard times back then!

My mother was a seamstress. I didn't inherit that gene. 😺

This is a great vintage postcard. I love the sewing motif and that image is great. We had snow squalls today, but at least no snow. Although this cold is crazy for so early in the year. Happy weekend. Hugs-Erika
