This is 1 of 6 posts of photographs that I took in the Ash Creek Open Space walking area
in Fairfield, CT this past week. This statue of a boy fishing on a stone dock is at a house next to the path. He fits in perfectly here.
The first photo is my entry for the following:

...that little fellow get around. I see here too.
What a beautiful statue and a perfect place for it. I was surprised to learn that this was located in a salt water estuary that doesn't normally freeze in winter. For January, this was a spectacular find. Since I've only "known" you for a short period of time, this was a great first look for me and a lovely second look on the 2nd for all of us. Thanks for playing dear Anne.
Beautiful second look. Loved the statue of the boy fishing-do you still have him?
Happy second on the 2nd hugs Kathy
Hi Anne, that's a lovely photo, and a beautiful statue. Thanks for sharing at 2nd on the 2nd. Have a lovely day, hugs, Valerie
Capturing nostalgia. Such a cute statue a lot nicer than the Turtle Boy statue in Worcester. Go look him up. 😉
That's a beautiful stone wall. And I like the addition of the fisherman. It makes the scene more interesting. Are you getting all this rain today? Typical Labor Day, it is more unusual for it to be a gorgeous day for us. Enjoy. Hugs-Erika
This is so sweet …
All the best Jan
You've certainly been busy and it's only Monday. He is gorgeous. I'm surprised Teddy didn't want to join him. Hugs, Angela xXx
How lovely! It looks very calm! Hugs, Chrisx
