This week's Tag Tuesday challenge was "Anything goes."
This is my fourth entry for the challenge. The quality of the woman image was very poor, but I liked how she looked, so I used her anyway.
I created this using GIMP 2.10.12.

That's a bathing costume I'd gladly wear :) I can hear her little shriek in my mind as the waves hit her.
I'm in total awe of this tag. It's stunning. I know Valerie will be quite proud, too.
