This is 1 of 3 posts of photographs that I took on Main Street in Torrington, CT this past week.

The Yankee Pedlar Inn is allegedly haunted. I wanted to be able to go inside, but unfortunately this place has been closed for awhile, after changing ownership in 2014. Apparently updates were being made in 2019, but criminal fire code violations occurred, and it remains boarded up as of October 2019.

The movie The Innkeepers (2011) was based on the Yankee Pedlar Inn and was filmed inside of it.

Haunted information.

Haven't heard of that movie. Started watching the movie 1408 based on Stephen King's short story. Since I'll be away and staying in a strange room, I thought I'd pause the movie 😺

Do you know if Ghost Hunters visited here? It sounds a bit familiar, but maybe I am thinking of something else.
