I took these photographs of Bethel-United Methodist Church on Palm Sunday (April 5, 2020) in Bethel, CT. The note on their door says it all. In this part of the US (and perhaps in all locations?), there were no Palm Sunday public masses due to coronavirus covid-19 social distancing Lock Down rules. Bethel has a nice downtown area, so I went here to walk around.

The United Methodist bishop here has urged churches not to meet in person right now. There are very creative measures churches are taking to meet for worship virtually. Where there's a will, there's a way, as they say :)

Even before Trump started trying to get us to go to church on Easter because the virus would be over by then (as if), the Pope had already cancelled Easter services at the Vatican. Just goes to show.
