I took that photograph on one of the north trails off Rock House Rd in Easton, CT this past week. This trail is part of the Centennial Watershed State Forest. The official trail map must be carried as one's permit for access to the area.
I thought the upward pointing ice looked interesting, but when I looked at this photo later, I thought this looked like a dinosaur or dragon head, with an open mouth and lower teeth showing. :-)
Approximate GPS location for parking on Rock House Road: 41.286599, -73.331555

You can certainly see teeth - what a good photograph.
All the best Jan
And this is a very clever photograph. Well done for finding this. Hugs, Angela xXx
Great find. It rarely gets cold enough here to get ice forming near moving water.
