Back in 1989, here in the United States (US), the US Supreme Court ruled that the action of burning the US flag is a Constitutional First Amendment right. (June 21, 1989 ruling)
But now, in 2023, in the US, society approves of bullies like Tom using intimidation tactics to silence those who don’t agree with him, because our society approves of the Government dictating who it is acceptable to vilify, and who it is not. Just like our society approved of the Government dictating what could and could not be said about covid-19. (July 5, 2023 U.S. District Judge grants injunction against federal government's "far-reaching censorship campaign." ) Don’t worry, Tom: I have faith that the US Supreme Court will agree with you and overturn that decision, and rule that censorship by the US Government is good.
