I took those photographs on the trail off Davis Hill Road in Weston, CT this past week. This trail is part of the Centennial Watershed State Forest. The official trail map must be carried as one's permit for access to the area.

The woods these January days so often are all brown and rather somber. You seem to have a bit of sun,though.
