"January Frost" - Postcard

© All Rights Reserved

This week I have the honor of guest hosting Sunday Postcard Art, and I chose the challenge theme "Frost." (Note: The January in the title of this piece refers to the almanac calendar page in the background. Here in Connecticut, United States, we usually get our first frost in October.)

I created this using GIMP 2.10.28

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

We have January snow this morning. Go figure, it has been mild and wet for days on end, and today when we have an hour and a half drive ahead of us to visit Miriam's daughter and family, we have snow. I'll try to convince everyone to postpone!

You chose a great theme. We now have lots of frost here. Nothing as beautiful as your postcard, though!
