Surfside, FL condominium building partial collapse. (Palm Beach Post June 24, 2021)

Conjecture (V collapse):

Column at parking space 88 fails, for reason(s) unknown. (Note: column spacing north to south is not even. The same is true for east to west column spacing.)

Two V collapse points start. One along north-south line between two columns directly north and south of failed column, and one along west-east line between two columns directly west and east of failed column.

As weight bearing overload approaches critical mass, Unit C video (Santana) shows noticeable evidence of downward forces due to the failure point below.

Once full collapse begins, a cascading domino effect occurs. (warning: disturbing video) So a single column failure brings down all adjacent areas?
