This is an "Inspired by a Song" art piece. Although the initial "telephone" theme was inspired by true events. I'm not certain what to conclude from a major telecommunications outage, that lasted almost 24 hours, barely making any mention in any of the local news where it happened.
I created this using GIMP 2.10.24

I like the angsty faces like when you can't get online and don't know whether the trouble is on your end of the network or not.
That was the same song that popped into my head when I read your title Anne. Your postcard does that song a good turn. They are both well done pieces of art. Happy new week.
