I took those photographs at the reservoir (where the reservoir aerator is) in Easton, CT this past week.
Seeing a robin is the harbinger of Spring, so I was happy to see a group of about six robins hopping around, in search of worms here.

That is such a welcome sight, but still a lot of snow on the ground here before we see robins
To me spring indicates robins, too. I haven't seen one yet this year, but I enjoyed your photos.
We love our robins, but now that they've discovered our feeders they are quite aggressive. I'd never have thought it of them.
They truly are the harbinger of Spring...jp
So nice to see a robin! I haven't seen one arrive here yet but they should be here soon. Looking forward to spring!
