I took that photograph of the pot of chili that I made after it had been simmering for two hours. The Winter Storm / Blizzard still isn't over yet. :-(

I took those photographs of the pot of chili I'm making during the Winter Storm / Blizzard today.

Blizzard Chili Recipe

Ingredients

~ 2.5 lbs ground beef
28 ounce (oz) can petite diced tomatoes
28 ounce (oz) can crushed tomatoes
chili seasoning packet
    i.e.
    4 ounce (oz) Six Gun Chili Mixin's
    or
    McCormick Chili mix

Directions

Brown the beef in a skillet or pot.

Add the remaining ingredients, in order. (Note: read instructions on chili seasoning packet. It's better to add "heat" to taste at the table, versus putting it into the pot, and the chili being too hot (spicy) for anyone to eat.)

Simmer on Med/Low for at least 30 minutes. (Longer to let all of the flavors mingle.)

It is bitterly cold here in southwest Connecticut United States, as the Winter Storm / Blizzard continues to pummel a large swath here in the Northeast US and into Canada. The temperature here is 12 F (-11 C) but with the wind chill it feels like -8 F (-22 C).

Here we go. This is like a bad de ja vu with January 31, 2021. We now have the "creeping" Blizzard Warning here in Connecticut (CT) United States. This morning, New London County didn't have that. Now it does. How long before that warning creeps into the rest of CT?

I would not have believed this news story was true, except the New York Times said it, so it must be true. The New York Times is reporting that in March 2017, the United States Government bombed the Tabqa Dam in Syria, despite it being on their ""no-strike" list and the risks of such an attack killing tens of thousands of people." Shortly after that bombing occurred, the US Government stated that claims by ISIS, Syria, and Russia that the US had done the bombing were "crazy reporting". So the United States Government lied to We The People in March 2017 AND dismissed any claims that they were responsible for that bomb attack as, effectively, conspiracy theories / misinformation / disinformation. But thankfully Big Tech / Social Media censor information that the US Government tells them is misinformation / disinformation.

I didn't notice until I looked at my photos later, but two of the Canada Geese in this group had white speckled heads. I'm not sure if they are still transitioning to a black head, or if this is something unusual. (I'm hoping to get some bird experts to leave comments.)

I took those photographs at Perry's Mill Pond in Fairfield, CT this past week.

Although normally the American Robin is my harbinger of Spring, it turns out a group of them actually remain in my general area year round. But they hang out closer to the shoreline, where it's a little warmer than inland. There was also what I think was a leucistic American Robin among this group, but I was unable to get a photo of it. Back in 2016, I had photographed a possible leucistic Robin in this general area.

I took that photograph at Perry's Mill Pond in Fairfield, CT this past week.

Although it's hard to tell from that photograph, that is a Bald Eagle. I was like the cliche deer in the headlights when I spotted this bird in flight in the sky. It was doing a fly over, probably heading closer to the shoreline. I only managed to get one photo before he was gone. But what a thrill to see this beautiful bird, which is slowly making a comeback here in Connecticut! The pond here was frozen, so there was no fishing to be done.

I took those photographs at Perry's Mill Pond in Fairfield, CT this past week.

I have no idea what that weird, sun spot in motion with a light shaft beaming down toward the ground anomaly is. Note that in the second photo, the "sun spot" is partially in front of the tree. I do not alter my photographs (unless I explicitly state that I have, which I think I've done only once, with a photo that was very dark, so I applied a filter to it, to enhance the contrasts).

The sun was toward the right side of those photographs, but higher up, and not within view of the camera when I took the photos. I did not observe anything at the time I took them, either. As with the other cases where I have captured anomalies, I can't explain what is seen in the above photographs. And as with the Dudley Town Anomaly photograph, the object in both of those photos is pure white (0xffffff), indicating saturation.

This is a Warning from the False Flag Alert Early Warning System (FFAEWS): The FFAEWS puts the next week at a 20% chance of a False Flag Event (FFE) occurring in or near the Russia / Ukraine border. "Watch dates of interest" are January 15 and 22.
