Great Egret Reflection - Photograph

This is a photograph that I took recently at Southport Beach in Fairfield, CT.

The Great Egret was in the foreground, and the white house behind him was reflected in the water, as were the Fall colors on a tree.

This photo is my entry for the following:

  5. A very unusual reflection shot but it works so well with the white egret.

  6. Lovely. The close perspective combined with the house and tree reflections at first made this look like a shot of a flood, like this Great Egret was in someone's flooded back yard. Cool!
