I took that photograph this past week. A few weeks ago, I noticed several small plants growing. I think these sprouted from seeds that came from the lone Foxglove plant that grew two years ago. Their germination time is similar to what I think is an Evening Primrose that I harvested seeds from, and which grow two years after the seeds drop from the flowers onto the ground. In the past, in the Fall (Autumn), I have seen plant growth similar to this for the Evening Primrose flowers, and then in the Spring, the plant grew to full height. I am hopeful that will happen with these Foxglove plants.
