"Hair" - Postcard

This week's Our Midweek Muse theme was "Bad Hair Day".

I know the theme was supposed to show a Bad Hair Day, but I ended up making the "after" my lady had her unruly tresses styled at the beauty parlor / barber shop.

I created this using GIMP 2.10.32

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

Yes, hair to envy, for sure! Love the barber shop poles, too. Very pretty piece.

My name is Erika. said...

Nice postcard Anne. I like how you added the poles (are they lighthouses?) which I assume are barber pole related and all the flowers. It's a very pretty and definitely Victorian feeling piece. Happy September to you. hugs-Erika

How beautiful!
Whatever the state of her hair, they have something to envy, don't they?
