"The Black Bird" - ATC

I made an Artist Trading Card (ATC) / Playing Card with an underlying dark theme, corresponding to my current world view.

The words are from The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allan Poe.

People in ancient times viewed Ravens as being messengers between the two worlds of the living and the dead, possessing prophetic knowledge and being harbingers of Death.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.18.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)
