"Mail Art" – Postcard

© All Rights Reserved
This week’s Sunday Postcard Art challenge was “Mail Art.”

This is one of my favorite themes, and this time I didn't struggle to come up with something, the way I normally have been lately. In GIMP, I used the G'MIC Filter Patterns - Weave to create the background.

The vintage images are from an Internet search.

The words are from the book The Mysteries of Udolpho by Ann Radcliffe.

The font is JaneAusten.

  6. The word Linda used in her comment 'Elegant' just describes it so well. The elements all fit together to make sense, with the link of Jane Austen to The Mysterhy of Udolpho. Such a clean vintage look to it, which makes a perfect postcard image.
