This week’s Sunday Postcard Art challenge was “Pirates."
This is also my entry for this week's Three Muses challenge "Maps."
The Pirate was on the New York Public Library but I found a higher resolution image on the internet. The skulls are from the Library of Congress and the swords are from Clipart ETC. (See the right hand side of my blog for links.)
The font is GrekoDeco.
I took today off to recharge my batteries. It's going to be a top 10 weather day here, so I'll be going out later to enjoy it. Tomorrow I'm riding shotgun on a road trip, and Sunday will be my day of rest. I've been working a lot of hours because we're behind schedule. I have a three day reprieve, then the frenetic pace will resume on Monday. If we stay on schedule, I'm slated to go to Florida in October, but our team will be relegated to third shift.

Fantastic piece, Anne, clever you to combine the two challenges, love the touch of red!
Great entry for maps. I haven't mastered digital design but admire those who have.
