"Old Book Page Art 3" - Postcard

I made this piece with a book text page that I used for the "found poetry style statement." My inspiration piece was the "Altered Book Art Project" found on this "old book art examples" webpage.

All of the "found poetry style" lines are:

"She knew the mountain rains, like a flash and an instinctive unbidden gaze."
"His figure looming, wavering, from the shaking lantern."
"She noticed his dinner jacket."
"Instinctively doubting."
"I'm so sorry."

I created this using GIMP 2.10.24.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

This is a gorgeous piece Anne. And I love the words. Hope all is well with you and your dealing with this week's heat OK. Personally, I am glad we are going to cool off. Hugs-Erika
