First Snow of the Season! - Pictures

I took these pictures this morning, November 08, 2012. A little over one week after Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the East Coast, CT got hit by a Nor'easter that was supposed to be mostly rain, according to the original forecast, but which turned into a winter storm instead. We'll be up to 65 F by Monday, so none of this snow will be around very long. As the saying goes, "If you don't like the weather in New England today, wait until tomorrow" which will be up to 50 F.

What a beautiful snow! Great photos! Too bad the east coast is getting hit again, though.

Thanks for visiting my blog :)

Very beautiful and silent, different to the golden chimes of your previous post.

Hmmmm. I admit that I do like snow but November 8th seems way too early. I guess it was a not-so-subtle reminder to have the snow tires put on the car. :)
