"Pink and Black" – Tag

This week’s Tag Along challenge #74 was "Think Pink."

I don't like the color pink, but I think it looks great when it's combined with black.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.14.

The vintage images are from a DuckDuckGo search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

The words are "You seize the flow’r, its bloom is shed" and are from a poem by Robert Burns and which I originally saw in this great SPA entry by Deb.

The font is Bookman Old Style Semi-Bold.

A very appropriate quote for your pink tag.

I have trouble with pink, too, Anne, and always find it a bit more palatable when combined with another color. Your tag works for me in this regard! Great Burns quote, too!

Wonderful tag Anne, the combination of the pink and black is very striking and you know I love that quote!
