The Week09 challenge for The Documented Life Project was "Recycle."
This is a mixed media piece. I cut out the decorative part of an Olive Garden bag, scanned it in, created a design around it, printed my design, then glue sticked the original cut out to my journal page. (The background color was brown, but my printer is low on ink, so it printed more purple looking than brown.)
I created this using GIMP 2.8.10, printed it on card stock paper, cut it out, then taped it into my weekly planner.
