© All Rights ReservedBook text: I based the text layout and font on the original book. I used clipart for the beginning letter O and the ending rose. The font is Palatino Linotype, which looked similar to the original, but was not exactly the same.
Book illustrations: The poem was not illustrated in the original book. All of the images I used have been modified. I used several images to create the Pine Lady. I created about 40% of the harp with moonbeam strings image.

ReplyDelete...and many a silent, unseen thing...frightens with touch of an unseen wing...those are the lines that sing to me; and your harp strings with swaying pine would add the perfect barely there accompanying whisper....What an interesting design idea!Bet you've wanted to realize this gently evocative verse for a while..now the moment has arrived!Quite like your end page harp!Medieval lyric was my favourite U English course- now you've got me remembering Bernart de Ventadorn et al, AHHHH!

I am having a lot of problems with my Internet Explorer being incompatible with the blogs at different times (it is a recognised fault within Blogspot and they are working withit). Anyway, let's hope this one goes through. I love the poem and your illustrations are beautiful.
