This week's Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Poppies."

I created this using GIMP 2.10.22.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

  8. Gorgeous piece Anne. Almost too pretty to say sleep of death. Did you feel the earthquake today? I didn't but they say it was pretty strong for our general area. A couple more days of this weather. What a gift! Enjoy. Hugs-Erika

  10. What a gorgeous card - love the transparent layers, Anne. Her face is so inviting. The Hamlet quote is as well, as long as I forget that many interpret it to be a suicidal longing. Just gonna associate this with that wonderful few minutes between laying down and drifting off, something that has alluded me for many years but I have it back now. Must be true, we do become children again in our old age, haha. XOX
