"Mermaid 2" - Postcard

I'm in the process of going through my UFO (UnFinished Objects & Projects) pile to complete them or throw them into the scrap heap. This is a piece that originally started out as something else, which I didn't like, so it was sitting around collecting dust. I modified it, liked the end result, so I'm pushing it out.

I created this using GIMP 2.10.12.

    The mermaid looks scary not like the sweet, mermaid doll I bought from Cuddle and Kind for my grand niece for Christmas.
