This week's Try It On Tuesday challenge was "Boys/Girls/All Things Children."
I created this using GIMP 2.10.12.
The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)
...it must have been before Double Dutch.
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful, Anne. You've achieved a brilliant vintage effect with the torn and faded text and alphabet...it's so nostalgic. The little girl is a cutie and I love that skipping rope!
ReplyDeleteThank you for playing in Try it on Tuesday's 'Boys, Girls and all things Children' challenge.

Charming card. It would make a great back to school image. I love the alphabet. Makes me think of the jump rope rhyme: B my name is Bonnie, my husband's name is Bob. We come from Boston and we sell boats. 😊
ReplyDeleteI still have my old jump rope :) That was one of my favorite activities as a child.
ReplyDeleteAnother perfect match, Anne!...:)jp
ReplyDeleteShe is perfect for Try It On Tuesday Anne. She has an interesting expression. Like she's watching something or thinking about important. Thanks for joining us with this challenge. Hugs-Erika
