This is 1 of 2 posts of photographs that I took at the Mark Twain Library in Redding, CT this past week.

The horse sculpture is The Torch Bearers by local artist Anna Hyatt Huntington.

  3. One of these years I am going to make the trek to Mark Twain house. it' cool that he has at least one library named after him, with some great art there. And even better you get to visit there. Hugs-Erika

  4. How odd to see Mark Twain at a library in CT. I guess it's because of his book "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court." These are lovely statues, though. Great photos, too. I'll always think of him at his home in Hannibal, MO.
