"Newspaper" - Postcard

This week's Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Newspaper."

The shocked look on this gentleman is because he saw snow forecast each day for Connecticut, United States for Thursday (2/28) through Monday (3/4), with greater total accumulations on each successive day. He is wondering what happened to Spring's impending arrival.

I created this using GIMP 2.10.8.
