I took these photographs of a vintage red retro diner in Milford, CT back in 2013.

It was located at the south side of South Broad Street, after the intersection with Factory Lane. I say "was" because it was physically removed this week and is being sent to Indiana.

Here is my 2013 blog post of the Coca-Cola sign.

The first photo is my entry for the following:

  1. ...diners were so popular on the east coast. There are/were so many great ones. Other parts of the country are discovering the charm of these classic diners and are buying, moving and restoring them. I just visited a beauty in Buffalo, NY. Thanks for sharing, I hope to see you back again.

  2. Sent to Indiana---how quaint. We used to have a caboose diner out this way---Maybe it went to Indiana too.

  3. Interesting that this diner could be removed and restore elsewhere.
