"Bird Top Hat" - Postcard

This week’s Three Muses challenge was "Birdy Birdy."

I started with the bird, then added everything else around him. I'm not even sure what this piece is trying to be, other than vintage. I'm currently struggling with artist's block again.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.16.
