"Use A Photograph" - Postcard

This week’s Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Photographs."

I used a yearbook photograph of a beautiful woman for this. I struggled to come up with something for this theme, and had to enforce my "paint brush down!" time limit rule on myself.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.16.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

    I enlarged your postcard by clicking on it and the result was a lovely clear view. I hope everyone takes the time to enlarge. A lovely vintage flavoured postcard.

    She is a lovely woman. You've put her into a great collage postcard. You've added a lot of great details with black and white and color. Wouldn't that have made a great school ID card. If only we could have designed our own.

    This is a lovely collage, Anne! You have taken a vintage photo and brought it up to date with some of your more modern elements! I love the mix here! Bravo! Bravo!
