This week's Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Einstein."
I've been struggling with artist's block for a few weeks now, so I thought I was going to have to skip this challenge. Then I found some images to use. The foreground and background handwriting is Albert Einstein's. I used swirls to depict the universe inside the hourglass.
I created this using GIMP 2.10.8.
The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)
...Al was a smart fellow!
ReplyDeleteFABULOUS! E = MCsquared!
ReplyDeleteI love the interplay between the sands of time and Einstein. Very clever Anne. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteAnne, this is terrific! I almost skipped this week too, but glad I persevered!
ReplyDeleteCreative minds always find a solution. Nice postcard, I like this.
ReplyDeleteWhat an excellent portrait of Einstein...beautiful work
ReplyDeleteAnne, what a gorgeous playing. Well done! Especially I like the hourglass in opposite to Einstein. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining in.
Greetings Katrin
ReplyDeleteI would say your muse is back! This is terrific, and I'm sure Einstein would much prefer it to my own muscle man Einstein!!
