This week's Three Muses challenge was "Illustrate a Song Lyric."

I chose the song "99 Red Balloons" by Nena.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.22.

    I remember that song. It is catchy and gets into one's head and won't go away. Great song, great card.

    This is a wonderful card! It caught my eye - that song was ‘in my head’ just a few days ago (random - I haven’t heard it in years). Compelling illustration of the lyrics. The eye is a nice touch.
