"End of Days" - Postcard

This week’s Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Dark."

I went with another Revelation (Apocalypse) themed piece.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.14.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

The words are from an old book page:

Wo to the Inhabitants of the Earth, and of the Sea ;
for the Devil is come down unto you,
having great Wrath ;

The fonts are:

    So elegant. I find , when taken bit by bit, the Book of Revelations is pretty terrifying, and this is a prefect example of the power of words.
