I took these photographs at South Wellfleet Cemetery in Cape Cod, South Wellfleet, MA this past week.

    I too think it's a goldfinch. But, could be wrong. Sometimes it's VERY difficult to ID a bird. If it has an eye ring it could be a kinglet.
