Angel Statues - Photograph

I took these photographs on May 1, 2018, at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Fairfield, CT.

May was an especially bad month for me. On May 1, I tried to find peace and comfort with the angel statues, for what was ahead of me that month, but it didn't help.

That day, the saying at the base of one angel statue touched me: Jesus said unto her I am the resurrection and the life. St John XI 25

The full verse from the King James Bible is:

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
