"Beach Days" - Postcard

This week's Sunday Postcard Art challenge was "Beach Life/Sea Shells."

This is also my entry for Tuesday's Treasures.

I made a beach theme piece that features a bathing beauty, seahorse and fish. It has no shells. My muse found no way to work them into this piece. The panels behind the letters are rectangular sections from old world maps.

The piece I made before the challenge was posted only contained Sea Shells, so I did not post that one to SPA.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.16.

The vintage images are from an Internet search. (See the side of my blog for links.)

Anne - great card, beautifully done. The lovely seahorse adds a shell-like element. And mystery.
