This is 1 of 5 posts of photographs that I took of a Great Blue Heron at Southport Beach in Fairfield, CT this past week.

I enjoy photographing herons and egrets because I think they are striking and exotic looking birds.

I love watching the Blue Heron in the pond here where I live. They are such curious yet elegant birds.
