"Summer Regatta" – Postcard

This week’s Artful Times challenge #57 was "Clean and Simple."

I wanted to depict a Summer theme, so I used a digital stamp of sail boats. I used dark blue "ink" for the stamp, and light blue for the "card stock" background. I used the same dark blue ink for the words.

I created this using GIMP 2.8.10.

The vintage image is from a DuckDuckGo search.

The font is LaurenScript Thin

I am not a fan of digital stamps, I really should give them a chance. I love the simplicity of your card, I have never been good at keeping it simple. Thanks for sharing.
