Blair Witch Pagan Ritual Stacked Stones (Cairn) - Picture

© All Rights Reserved
This is 1 of 4 posts of pictures I took at Spruce Brook Falls in Beacon Falls, CT on June 24, 2012. These were stacked rocks (Cairn) that had been assembled like the ones in the movie The Blair Witch Project, for some sinister pagan ritual no doubt. ;-)

Amazing - I have taken a number of hikes lately and have noticed stone stacking all around... hmmmm mysterious and too cool. The woods are a magical place. Love this photo Anne- would love to more!

I saw a huge arrangement of stacked stones out at Meigs Point, Hammonassett State Park. It looked so interesting.
