"Mail Art" - Postcard Address Side

© All Rights Reserved
This week’s Three Muses challenge was “Mail Art.” This is the second time they’ve used this theme, and it’s one of my favorites! I designed this postcard address side based on several early American postcards.

On a scary note, we had a tornado warning again here in Fairfield County on Wednesday, and NOAA confirmed three tornadoes touched down in Litchfield County. Tornadoes are rare here, and we can’t see them coming in the distance, the way they can in “Tornado Alley” where they are more common.

I love your postcard, Anne. It is so crisp and well done, and the soft green is pleasing to the eye. It seems everyone enjoys doing mail art. We should start a revolution of decorating our mail!! Thanks for joining in this week.

Anne, this might be one of my favourite mail art cards, simply because of its simplicity and clarity and because it is lovely to peep into someone else's life (the little message) and wonder about their lives. Thank you so much for joining in this week.
