This week’s Sunday Postcard Art challenge was “Edgar Allan Poe.” I based my postcard on The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe.

Notes to myself: Poe's Memorial Grave and map for Baltimore.

Oh, this is seriously scary and dark - but stunning.
I love the aged, sepia image of Poe that you have used. Great postcard, Anne.

Beautiful interpretation of the creepy story "The Black Cat" -- except I thought it was the cat who was hung. At any rate, you've given me goosebumps!! Great tribute to Poe.
